This month’s mini-workshop
Meal Planning for Busy Entrepreneurs
with Anne Thibodeau M.Sc. Nutrition & Registered Health Coach
Join us at the WBC Breakfast Meeting on July 16th where we’ll be discussing easy tips to start developing a weekly meal planning routine, and where AnneThibodeau will be cooking 3 meals for you in DBK’s demo kitchen – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – to demonstrate just how easy healthy eating can be when planned properly!
Failing to plan is planning to fail. Being an entrepreneur likely means that you don’t work the typical 9-5 shift, where you can plan for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at specific, regular times. It might mean that breakfast will be out at a restaurant on Monday, that you’ll have a late lunch on Tuesday, and just a short window to eat dinner on Thursday, between two client appointments.
In order to prioritize eating well so that you can have enough energy to power through your busy day, you need to have a solid plan in place. For some, this can seem overwhelming, or even impossible. I’m here to tell you that it’s completely doable and that it can even be fun and easy!
Our breakfasts are a great opportunity to connect with like-minded business women in a fun and relaxed setting.
Come join us for a lovely breakfast catered by Lolachers Catering and enjoy the company of enthusiastic and supportive business women in your community.
